I chose to use terry flat nappies on my little girls because it saved me over £1,000.  It means that I am not contributing to the 7,200,000 disposable nappies going into UK landfills each year and they are so much easier to use than I thought, AND I don't have to go to the outside bin every nappy change. YAY! 

I chose terry flats over other real nappies because they are so much cheaper, they can be used from birth to potty (i use muslin squares for the first three months and as boosters when they got older), and they are not as bulky as other birth to potty nappies.  Also you can fold them to fit any baby.
